Doubletrace ePe™ is a software solution consisting of powerful management tools crucial for corporate management or IT-security departments in their strive to maintain an effective Information Security Policy (ePolicy) throughout the entire organization. Detection of illegal copyrighted material, specific files or file classes, blocking of websites and discovery of unauthorized are some of the features which will reduce the risk of harmful viruses and non-work related computing behavior, resulting in improved work efficiency and productivity, less administration and highly reduced risk of damages or legal issues.

Doubletrace ePe™ is designed to enable you to establish, enhance and enforce a tailored Information Security Policy (ePolicy) in a given organization.

It secures a computer network from unwanted behavior and unwanted or copyright infringing material. An administration platform is available and is built on unique agent-based technology that continuously locates unwanted or illegal material in a computer network and then acts in accordance with an organization's policy. Doubletrace central database is continuously updated with new illegal media releases published on the Internet, information which is then instantly synchronized with your ePe™ Management Server.

The PiracyScan
Our PiracyScan is a unique Anti-Piracy solution. It secures your computer network from unauthorized material and unwanted computing behavior. Doubletrace's central intelligence database is continuously updated with information about new unauthorized material available on the Internet.

The Internet Filter
It allows you to create different policies for internet usage based on computer groups.

The Software Inventory
This module provides administrators with an inventory list of all installed software on different groups of local computers in Windows environment.

The Rogue Systems Detection
This tool locates unknown computers connected to your Windows domain network. It allows administrators to scan your network for unapproved computers trying to gain access to your computer network.

We offer a Cloud edition for the SMB segment and an Enterprise edition for larger organizations.

Industry Initiative:

Doubletrace has installed its ePe-solution in several Education and University environments throughout Europe. The main mission with these projects has been to secure organizational networks from handling and spreading of copyright protected material and subsequently minimize the risk of legal actions.

The outcome of this industry initiative has been positive across the board, even with some positive side effects, e.g. increased network security and significantly decreasing virus threats and overall cleaner network environments.

The ePolicy enforcer by Doubletrace has also proved to be valuable for state-owned organizations and companies. Several installations are to be found throughout Scandinavia, mainland Europe and South East Asia.

Being relatively similar to the Education and University environments, the main drivers here have obviously been to maintain a high level of network security and at the same time enhancing and enforcing organizational ePolicies from a proactive perspective. Another motivational factor for the state-owned organizations and companies has been the possibility to stop non-ethical behavior.
